User-Selected Services

Media accessible through a normal Streamzo setup originates from a service or host independently selected and configured by the user. Streamzo does not control or operate those independently run services.

Direct Media Connection — No Web Player or Media Relay

Streamzo does not offer a web-based media player or server-side media-relay service. For normal user-configured connections, media playback is between the user's device and the user-selected service. Streamzo does not host, proxy, restream or relay those media streams through Streamzo servers.

No Endorsement

The ability of Streamzo to technically connect to a service does not mean Streamzo has reviewed, approved, licensed, recommended or endorsed that service or the media it makes available.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their selected service, host and media access comply with applicable laws, licences and third-party rights.

Authorized Use Only

Streamzo is intended only for connections, services and media that the user is authorized to access. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable copyright, intellectual-property, contractual and access-control requirements.

No Content Rights Granted

Streamzo does not grant, sell or transfer any right to access or use third-party media. Possession or use of the Streamzo application does not itself provide authorization to view, reproduce, retransmit, distribute or otherwise use third-party content.

Compatibility Does Not Mean Authorization

A service, host, portal, protocol or media format being technically compatible with Streamzo does not mean that Streamzo owns, operates, licenses, authorizes, recommends, endorses or is affiliated with that service.

Streamzo does not guarantee continued compatibility with any independently operated third-party service and may restrict compatibility where technically feasible for security, legal, intellectual-property or compliance reasons.

Application Testing and Review

App reviewers and testers may evaluate Streamzo using compatible services or testing environments that they are independently authorized to access.

Streamzo does not provide third-party service credentials, portal addresses, subscriptions, channel packages, provider accounts, or third-party media content for review.

Technical compatibility with an independently operated third-party service does not mean that Streamzo owns, operates, controls, licenses, recommends, endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with that service.

Third-Party Names and Marks

Third-party names, trademarks, logos and media metadata delivered through independently configured services remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply affiliation with Streamzo.

Clear App Data

Streamzo includes a Clear App Data option in application settings. When selected and confirmed, it removes Streamzo application data stored locally on that device, removes the saved connection configuration, and disconnects the player.

Users should use this option only when they intend to reset Streamzo on that device. Removed local settings and connection configuration may need to be configured again before the player can be used.

Phone Remote — Local Network Only

Streamzo's optional phone remote operates through the user's local network. The phone and TV or supported Streamzo device must be connected to the same compatible Wi-Fi or LAN.

The QR code displayed by Streamzo is used to establish the local remote-control connection between the phone and Streamzo player.

Remote-control commands between the phone and Streamzo player are not routed through Streamzo servers.

The phone remote is a local device-control feature. The QR code and phone remote do not provide, authorize, sell, or facilitate access to a media subscription, host, channel package, or third-party media content.
